Vantly ("we", "us") provides an AI receptionist service for home service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a demo, we collect your name, business name, email, and phone number. When our AI answers calls on behalf of a client, we collect call recordings, transcripts, and the details callers provide (name, phone, service requested, appointment time).
How we use it
We use this information solely to operate the service — answering calls, booking appointments, sending confirmations, and supporting our clients. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone, ever.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Vantly staff who need it to run and support the service.
Your data is yours
If you cancel service, your data goes with you — we'll provide an export and delete our copy on request.
