Nuvixes ("we", "us") provides an AI receptionist service for home service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect
When you contact us or book a consultation, we collect your name, business name, email, and phone number. When our AI answers calls on behalf of a client, we collect call recordings, transcripts, and the details callers provide (name, phone, service requested, appointment time).
How we use it
We use this information solely to operate the service — answering calls, booking appointments, sending confirmations, and supporting our clients. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone, ever.
Who we share data with
We work with service providers who process data solely on our behalf to deliver the service: our telephony provider, AI / language-model provider, CRM platform, calendar provider, and email provider. We do not sell personal information. Each provider is contractually bound to use the data only for the purpose of operating Nuvixes on our behalf.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages from Nuvixes, we use your mobile number to send the messages you consented to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts also stops marketing phone calls from us.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Service providers who help us deliver messages (our telephony provider and CRM) may process this information solely on our behalf.
Call recording
Calls answered by our AI receptionist (including our demo line) are recorded and transcribed. Every call begins with a notice that the call is answered by an automated assistant and is recorded. Recordings are retained for [X] months and then deleted.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Nuvixes staff who need it to run and support the service.
Your data is yours
If you cancel service, your data goes with you — we'll provide an export and delete our copy on request.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
