Straightforward terms for using Nuvixes.
The service
Nuvixes provides an AI receptionist and lead follow-up service. We build, host, and monitor an AI system that answers your business phone, qualifies callers, and books appointments on your calendar.
Pricing and billing
You pay a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly rate, as quoted in writing before we build. No per-minute charges. No long-term contract — you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
We don't get paid until it's live and you've approved it
You approve a test call before anything touches your phones. If we can't get your AI receptionist built, connected and passing your own test call within 14 days, you don't pay the setup fee. And there's no long-term contract — cancel any month, for any reason, with 30 days' notice. We won't promise you a number of jobs. Nobody honest can. What we'll promise is that every call gets answered, and you can hear it working before you commit.
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information about your business (services, service area, calendar, pricing rules) and reasonable access to your existing phone and calendar tools so we can connect the AI.
Limits
The AI is a tool — it's excellent, but not infallible. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
