Straightforward terms for using Vantly.
The service
Vantly provides an AI receptionist and lead follow-up service. We build, host, and monitor an AI system that answers your business phone, qualifies callers, and books appointments on your calendar.
Pricing and billing
You pay a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly rate, as quoted in writing before we build. No per-minute charges. No long-term contract — you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
30-day guarantee
If our AI doesn't book any real appointments onto your calendar in the first 30 days after going live, we refund your setup fee and your first month. Simple as that.
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information about your business (services, service area, calendar, pricing rules) and reasonable access to your existing phone and calendar tools so we can connect the AI.
Limits
The AI is a tool — it's excellent, but not infallible. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
